What does a direct hire search cost?
Every placement is different, so we do not work from a rate sheet. When we take your job order we discuss your budget and your long and short term expectations, then present a rate that encompasses all costs and works within that budget.
Why not just post the job ourselves?
You can, and for some roles that works. A posting reaches the people who are looking. Our referral network reaches the ones who are not, which is usually where the experienced accounting and finance professionals sit. We also carry the screening, the reference checks and the scheduling so your team only spends time on finalists.
Should we interview the candidates ourselves?
For a direct hire, yes. We highly recommend taking the time to interview the candidates you find appropriate, and that the line manager meets them as well. We will schedule it all and make sure both sides know what to expect.
