At your convenience we will come to your office, learn the role and your team’s culture, and agree on one bill rate that covers all costs. We do not work from a rate sheet.
Every candidate meets a recruiter one on one. We check supervisory level references, evaluate technical skills when the role calls for it, and can arrange background and on-site drug screening when your role requires it.
For most positions we can have candidates available within a few hours. We call on the first day of the assignment and check in regularly after that.

How quickly can you send someone?
Response time varies with the nature of the position, and the more technical roles take longer to resource and re-screen. For most positions we can have multiple candidates presented and available to start within a few hours.
Who employs the temporary professional?
We do. Your temporary professional remains an employee of Accounting & Finance Professionals for the length of the assignment, so they stay on our payroll rather than yours. You approve their weekly timesheet and we bill you one rate that encompasses all costs.
Is temporary staffing expensive?
Every placement is different, so we do not work from a rate sheet. When we take your job order we discuss your budget and your expectations, then present one bill rate that encompasses all costs. Weigh that against the overtime, the recruiting time and the cost of a seat that stays empty.
What happens if the person is not working out?
Contact your recruiter immediately. We will take a detailed description of what was missing and make sure we find a valued replacement. We also call you on the first day of the assignment, so most of these conversations happen early. Ask us about our 8 hour guarantee.
